- Extreme Cases Considered: Refunds will only be considered in extreme cases where the algorithm has not performed as expected despite following our recommended guidelines. Extreme cases may include consistent, significant losses that are beyond the typical risk associated with trading.
- Misuse Exclusion: Refunds will not be granted for customers who misuse or deviate from the recommended usage guidelines of the algorithm. Misuse includes but is not limited to altering settings, using incompatible platforms, or ignoring risk management principles
- Support and Assistance: We encourage customers facing difficulties or concerns with the algorithm's performance to reach out to our support team before requesting a refund. Our team is available to provide assistance and guidance to optimize your usage.
- Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team via admin@prophetenterprises.co. You will be required to provide evidence of your 90-day usage, describe the issues faced, and explain how you adhered to the recommended settings.
- Refund Approval: Refund requests will be carefully reviewed by our team. Approval will be based on the merit of the case and adherence to our usage guidelines. Please allow sufficient time for the review process.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Policy Changes: This refund policy is subject to change at our discretion. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.
- Fair Usage: We strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy. Refunds are meant to protect customers in genuine cases of non-performance but are not a guarantee of profit.
